Brand new renovated lofts, and chic hardwood floors!!

There is a very nice property manager on-site who is very responsive and helpful. Very clean, newly renovated apartment with a nice floorplan.

I elected to rent here because of the staff!

I love my apartment. The area is great. My apartment is not a renovated apartment but it is still nice. The rent is affordable. Overall though my experience has been great. Good service, good quality place.

Overall Toluca Lofts is a quiet community. The building has recently undergone some remodeling making it more modern. The building is well kept and community areas are clean. Manager and staff are friendly and responsive. I recommend Toluca lofts.

Very nice & friendly staff. Nice looking community with cool centerpiece of fountain. Very convenient to 101, 134, Studio City area. Friendly neighbors. Apartments are a nice size. Really like that building can receive U-verse service.

Parking is covered and street parking is easy for guests. The new management is working to improve things!

Toluca Lofts has made many enhancements in the properties appearance since I've moved in earlier this year. I couldn't be happier with the neighbors. Everyone is polite and respectful.

I have lived in quite a few apartments before but this one has been one of my favorites. The location in smack dab in the middle of Toluca Lake, which is super centrally located in LA...a MUST if you like to explore your city. The units are updated with modern touches and the building is small and easy to get around. My boyfriend and I had to move out of state, and we both agreed the thing we will miss most over everything is the property manager.

The property manager has absolutely been the most helpful, attentive property manager either of us has ever been in contact with. It also doesn't hurt that she is so friendly and treats all of her tenants like family! Whenever we had something that needed to be fixed in the apartment (which was hardly ever), it was fixed within an hour or two of us notifying her. Overall, I think this is one of the best apartments you can get for the price in this location.

Overall, I like the apartment and location. The property manager is a hard worker and I appreciate her, as she has handled our needs and have our best interest at hand.

Toluca Lofts is such a beautiful building, with a great staff. It is the cleanest building that I ever lived in and the manager is always on top of everything. Everything is up to date and it is also nice and quiet compared to most places.

I've been living at the Toluca Lofts close to a year now and I must say it is one of the best, if not the best well-kept apartment buildings on Cahuenga Blvd. You're greeted with a bright hello with a smile from the building manager and any kind of maintenance you need they are quick and efficient to take care of it. As well as the building being pristine, Toluca Lake is also a pleasure to live in.

The staff at Toluca Lofts is incredibly friendly. The application and move in processes were both so easy! I was looking for the perfect place for my move back to LA and I knew right away that I had found my new home with Toluca Lofts. I will definitely recommend it in the future.

This building is beautiful and very well maintained. The staff is super friendly and always very quick to respond and handle any issues. It's quiet and the residents here are respectful of each other. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Love Toluca lofts! The apartments are really beautiful and maintained.The laundry facility is close to all apartments, there is one on each floor!

The apartments are very nicely maintained and done up and the new appliances are awesome - the center grill on the oven is badass. The sink in the bathroom looks stylish. The apartments are really nice!

The apartments are very centrally located near the 134, 170, and 405 freeways so easy to get everywhere and there are shops, restaurants and grocery stores that you can walk to. Beautiful apartments!
